This project consisted of a within-the-walls remodel of an existing 145,000 sf Fred Meyer grocery store. Skylights, new lighting, signage, décor, finishes and fixtures, and new exterior paint was included in the scope; in addition to updating the food, produce, floral, deli, bakery, and meat departments. All work was completed while the store was still open to customers. Deacon has completed multiple projects, both new construction and remodels for Fred Meyer in both Oregon and Washington.
